After U. City HS David earned his B.A. at Harvard College, followed by an M.D. with a specialization in ophthalmology at Washington University. After caring for patients and their eyes for 25 years and raising two children in Atlanta, Georgia, David decided to change his focus. In 1992, at age 53, he returned to Harvard University and Dartmouth College where, between them, he earned a Master's Degree in the History of Science. |
