I received a B.S. degree from Washington University; CLU and
ChFC designations from the American College at Bryn Mawr,
PA. I married Sheilah (Aron-UCHS '58) in 1961. I authored
several books for the insurance industry.
I founded Edwin R. Cohen & Associates, an insurance and
investment firm, in 1965. Our oldest son David is now the
managing partner of the firm. We have 2 other sons: Scott, an
engineer with Boeing; and Craig, program director for NPR and
PBS in PA. David has given us a wonderful daughter-in-law,
Golda and 2 terrific grandchildren, Rebecca and Adam.
Sheilah and I spend summer in St. Louis and winter in Naples,
FL. It's amazing to think it's been 50 years. I didn't think that
high school would ever end. You'll recognize me at the reunion.
I look just like I did at age 18.
