1959 New York Premiere-Ballet Score "Parlor Game" Jay Goodman drove non-stop from Wisconsin to be at the performance. I still have the original congratulations telegram from Ted Ashford, his older brother Nick, another oboe player and Jerry Landsbaum. Scan attached. 1958-59 I missed all the original New York performances of Bob Dylan appearing about one block from my Village apartment near Sheridan Square. Oh well, never-mind!
