Dorothy "Dot" Gershenson died in California in about 1992 (or so).. Just finished a wonderful conversation with Harry Gershenson, Jr. I called him for information about Dorothy for the UCHS Class of '57 website. |
Dorothy died in 1995 after a two-year battle with lung cancer. She was active on the Orange County, Calif. civic scene, in the South Coast Repertoire Theatre and with New Horizons, which Harry thought was a women's shelter. By coincidence, Harry will be visiting next week with Dorothy's widower. My high school friend, Marnie Crossen, thought Dorothy had been active in the Junior League of Orange County.
