Fega Turner (Hollander) was married to Allen Hollander for 30 something years and had a wonderful marriage. They lived in Jefferson City where Faga worked for the State government at the Dental Board. Allen was married before to our own, Carol Block, and they had a daughter Shari who was raised in California with Carol and her new husband. Shari spent summers with Allen and stepmother Faga who was very good to Shari. Faga and Allen had a son Yale, a lawyer now with two daughters, the second named after Faga. Faga and Allen were great parents to all their kids. Shari moved to St. Louis on a promotion and by coincidence married Sondra Bierman's (Baron) son, Andy. (What a small world! Andy & Shari are going on 10 years and have 2 kids both probably ending up in movies they are so cute.) Faga was loving to all and so full of life, but sadly her life was cut short by colon cancer in 2004. She was a real trooper and inspiration in her fight against her illness.
