Barry was a successful and respected dentist in Clayton. Unfortunately, several years ago he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and after a long hard fought battle passed away last year. He spent many days of the years before his death active in the Wellness Community Program, raising money and helping others in the program cope with their illnesses. Barry was survived by his wife Bette, a daughter, a son who is a practicing physician in the area and a few grandchildren. He was a friend and my dentist. I still go to that office and miss seeing and talking to him on those visits. (Submitted by Ivan Schenberg) |
